Application of Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read the following website Terms and Conditions before using and obtaining any information through this website.
Access to any information on this website and use of this website is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms.
For any booking made on your behalf with another supplier please refer to their Terms and Conditions/Privacy Policy. Any service provided by another party is not under our control, any dealings will be solely between you and the other party.
Waiheke Travel Info may change these Terms at any time by updating them on this website. Your continued use of this website means that you agree to the changed terms. We also reserve our right to suspend or discontinue access to this website at any time.
You agree to be bound by the following obligations, including without limitation:
1) You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account
2) You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity.
3) You warrant that all information you provide about yourself or anyone else shall be true and accurate.

Website
You must use this website in a responsible and co-operative manner.
Neither the Website nor any data, information, content, or material on it may be copied, modified, transmitted, distributed, sold, displayed, transferred, republished or uploaded in any way by you without our written consent.

Waiheke Travel Info 20% Service fee is non-refundable.
Deposits paid to other supplies could be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by that service provider. 

All travel providers charge amendment and cancellation fees, Waiheke Travel Info is not liable for such costs.

Waiheke Travel Info will not take responsibility for clients who do not take-out Travel Insurance cover for all bookings.

Validity of Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Although every care has been taken, the prices are not guaranteed until paid in full and documents have been issued.

Special Requests
Special requests will be always passed on to the travel providers but can never be guaranteed. Waiheke Travel Info should be advised of any special request no later than 7 days prior to departure.

Governing law
These terms of use are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the courts of New Zealand shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising in relation to these terms of use.
